How does the interview process work?

The process begins with an intake call with a member of Kindly Care's Welcome team to gather all necessary information related to your care needs, scheduling, budget, and preferences. From there, we will schedule your interviews whenever works best for you and put the wheels in motion right away to find you the best candidates to choose from. You can expect the following:

  • Approximately 24 hours prior to your interview, you will receive an email with the profiles of the candidates you can expect to meet
  • Approximately 1 hour after your interviews have ended, a member of our support staff will reach out to help continue the hiring process and answer any questions you may have
  • When you are ready to extend an offer to one of the caregivers right away, we are available to put the wheels in motion to get the caregiver started as soon as possible
