Building a foundation for a long-lasting caregiver-client relationship begins at the interview. The interview is a time for both the client and the caregiver to learn more about each other, to set expectations, and ensure that it is the right fit for both parties. As such, we strongly recommend that you interview in-person at the location where the care will be taking place.
That said, we understand that in-person interviews at the location where the care will take place is not always a possibility for all of our clients. For this reason, we are more than happy to help facilitate phone interviews and/or an interview at a public location near the care location.
